Time Zones

Somewhere along the line, someone figured out that that the world couldn't always be on the same time.  Morning in Oregon would be a much different time of day than morning in Mozambique.  So they drew an imaginary line down through the Pacific Ocean and called it the International Date Line, and every time the clock clicked over this point, it would be the next day.
